TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me you are agreeing to my Terms of Service.
ORDERINGWhen ordering, please remember:✦ I may refuse to perform work if it does not comply with the provisions of my work regulations.✦ The key thing is to give me; reference images/descriptions of the characters (With the latter, you need to keep in mind that this will be a reflection of how I understand the description, so it may differ from your vision.), before starting the sketch.✦ During the preliminary draft, feel free to write if you want to change something - after accepting the draft, I would prefer not to make any drastic changes, as it will cause some troubles.✦ As long as the draft is not confirmed, you can request changes.PAYMENT✦ Polish prices are intended ONLY for Polish customers.✦ Payment with me involves paying half the price after accepting the sketch and after completing the drawing. (Why is this so? If the ordering person suddenly refuses to cooperate further, he or she does not want to be left with nothing for completing part of the work.)✦ The time for payment (in both cases) is 48 hours. If I do not receive payment after 48 hours, I will automatically refuse to do this work, and will not be given the opportunity to purchase from me again.✦ prices may change (increase) depending on the complexity of the design / imposed deadline.✦ payment via paypal/blik✦ tips are always welcome <3COMMISSIONSRemember! The payment is for a digital art work that is made by me according to the customers order and no physical item will be shipped to the client.✦ One of the key things is that you pay for it, don't be afraid to ask or say you don't like something - I'm here to make sure you get what you ordered.✦ You can always ask about the progress of the work, I will send it to you whenever possible.✦ I will post each work on my profile with a signature stating that it is a commissioned work. However, I am not responsible if any works disappear from my profile - it is your responsibility to download this work if you want to keep it.✦ If you want to share the work on your profile - tag me as the person who created it!✦ You may not claim my work to be your own, edit or set it up for redistribution.TIME✦ If you want me to make a drawing on a given date, you must notify me at least 2 weeks before the deadline, and tell about it AT THE START.✦ The time in which I usually make drawings is: from 1 day to a month. I will try to complete any work as quickly as possible, but I am still a student. So there are dates where my time is limited.✦ Reminders are greatly appreciated. It may often happen that I forget something/write back right away.
